After studying for four years Sarah graduated from Swansea University in 2016 with an integrated Master’s degree in Osteopathy. She has had experience treating patients in multiple clinics, including both NHS and private practice. Sarah enjoys using a varied treatment approach incorporating techniques such as joint mobilisation, manipulation, soft tissue techniques, exercise and postural advice, to help with a wide range of complaints.
During her time at university, she developed a particular interest in pregnancy and completed her dissertation investigating the benefits of using manual therapy in obstetrics. Sarah also has a keen interest in animals and has completed a Master’s degree in Animal Manipulation (Osteopathy). In her spare time she enjoys yoga, swimming, horse riding and caring for her flock of sheep.
